Solanaceae - Potato Family
Now here is a truly AMAZING plant family! Here we have plants that give us such important foods such as potatos and tomatos, such healing benefits as eye medicine from Brugmansia, among others, and the undisputed champions in "scary as hell hallucinations".
It should be said, in bold, that MANY MEMBERS OF THIS FAMILY ARE DEADLY TOXIC. Dead usually is permanent, for the record. The previous, and current, use of some of these plants should be considered dangerous, at no point in this entire site do we recomend the use of these, or any, plants without serious research, consideration and professional advice.
