Lophophora decipiens (Peyote)

Lophophora decipiens is considered by some people to be a variety of Lophophora williamsii. It is also sometimes considered one in the same as Lophophora fricii. L. decipiens (sometimes spelled Lophophora decepiens) is similar in colour (skin and flower) to Lophophora williamsii; but its ribs are more Lophophora diffusa looking. The ribs are often wavy and seemingly randomly spaced. This gives it a very unique and interesting appearance.
