Ordering

You may decide to order through our online order form (uses outlook express) or by mail. If you are unable to use our order form (you don't have Outlook Express) you may simply email us your desired item(s) and give us your country of destination. We will then promptly email you back with a quote. You may also print out our Mail Order Form if it's convenient. Mailing a letter with your desired items is acceptable as well.

Cash

Accepted Currencies: Japan Yen, Taiwan Dollar, United States Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Great Britain Pound, Australia Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar

One method which is used frequently when order is simply mailing cash. This is best done inside a letter or card placed inside a regular envelope. Please contact us with your order BEFORE sending money! There is a chance that we are out of stock and have yet to update the website. So please wait for a confirmation letter/email.

If sending cash please be sure to send non-damaged bills, preferably new. Banks here will not accept torn, cut, worn out bills. Thanks for your understanding.

Credit Cards and Paypal

We now accept payments through paypal. You may pay us with your credit card, or your paypal account. Just email us your order and we will give you a quote and send a money request. From there, you follow the steps at paypal to pay for the order.

Shipping Methods

Air mail: 6-14 days

Shipping via air mail is our standard for everything except plants. It takes on average 6-10 days, but up to 2.5 weeks should be allowed. For prices on shipping please contact us with your order information and your country of destination and we will get back to you with a quote for shipping.

A normal letter to the USA is $0.40 USD, for example. Packages and larger orders vary greatly, please contact us for shipping charges.

Price depends on size and destination

Air mail Priority: 2-5 days

This is one of the best options for most everything. It is very quick taking 2-5 business days to ship. It is also very cost effective. This is the price of regular Air mail plus $2 USD. 4 packs of Rivea corymbosa seeds will cost about $4.00, for shipping, to the USA, and arrive in 2-5 days. RECOMENDED.

Add $2.00 USD to any package for this option.

*Please note, some countries are slower at delivering packages than others. It is up to the destinations postal system to deliver things on time.

Air mail OVER 1 Kilogram (KG)

Unfortunately there are different rules for packages over 1 kg. The most important is there is no express delivery available...everything over 1 kg will be sent 8-11 days. We suggest, when possible, to split the order into multiple shipments under 1 kilogram. This way you can still get express delivery on larger orders; but requires more than one express delivery charge (1 per package). Sorry for the inconvenience.

Courier-First Class

This is the other method we favor, especially for live plants. We use DHL and this will often take 3 business days to most countries around the globe! Please allow 2-5 business days for package to arrive.

This method, although safer and faster, is much more expensive. Expect even a small seed order to cost $35+.

Price depends on size and destination

By ship (ocean freight)

This method is not allowed for plants, and is not recommended for seeds either. It is very slow (4-8 weeks) and is not cared for great (our packages should hold up anyway). The advantage is it is very cheap.

A 10 cm cube that is 100 grams will only cost $4.00 USD to the USA, for example.

International Orders.

Most of our business is done around the world in most major countries. Because of the legal status of some of the plants we sell in certain countries, and various countries regulations on importation of plants/seeds we do not garauntee orders that are confiscated by customs. Please be aware of your countries laws and regulations before ordering, we are not responsible for customs' actions.
